Buick dealerships near me (Lakeland, FL)

Communication from this dealership was average at best. I had to follow up with them multiple times in order to get some real assistance. After days of not hearing back, I eventually got one of their sale agents (Manny) to help but by that time I already found another vehicle at a different dealership for a better deal.

Vehicle was not what I wanted but staff very helpful and listen to my requests

No real issues with the dealership, good communication, but they are unable to sell/finance to any customer out of state. They have never contracted with a title company that can do out of state paperwork.

The saying, “If it is too good to be true, it probably is” definitely applies to this dealership!!! On the outward appearance it leads you to believe that they have the best deals around because they’re showing heavily discounted prices. What they won’t tell you up front is that they add a “Buick GMC Advantage Plan” at a cost of $3,000!!! We traveled two hours from the Orlando area because of their advertised prices. I even called and asked them what fees they charge and they conveniently did not tell me about this charge. The old bait and switch!!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership!!!
