Experience was very good. I was met by Lydia who was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered my questions and what she didnt know she went and found out. (very appreciated that they dont make up an answer) . Everyone was very helpful and there was NO Pressure. Which was refreshing. Car was great Whole experience was very good.

I would think twice before visiting this dealership. My experience started off well and when I was expressing interest in weighing out my other options, the sales manager stepped in. He was very personable and listened to my concerns. He offered me some really great incentives to shop with them and close the deal. Still we wanted some time to think about. We came back about an hour later and were greeted with our original salesperson. He did not call the sales manager over to verify the things I was offered. He was unapproachable and did not seem like he even cared if we purchased there or not. He ignored all the things I was offered and proceeded to tell me that I was told those things as a “sales tactic to stop me from leaving”. Basically what I was being told could not be upheld. It was handled very unprofessionally and I wouldn’t have been upset if he acted sympathetic. Instead he continued to repeat himself and not offer any apology. I ended up leaving after wasting hours there!

No complaints The car was nice and moved quickly.
