I asked for an out- the-door quote. Salesperson said it was policy that quotes had to be made in person. When I said I understood the reason for the strategy, but didn't have time to run around town to gather quotes.... she reiterated it was store policy not strategy. Then said have a nice day, and hung up on me. The car price was the best value I could find - but I'd rather pay more money to work with another dealership. And am buying a car from a competitor.

I scheduled an appointment I believe on a Wednesday, and got numerous phone calls both Wednesday and Thursday to confirm my appointment and schedule a time, which I had already done. I figured based on the amount of phone calls I received during the week, when I showed up to the dealership they would have someone waiting and ready to assist me. I was wrong. I could have walked in without an appointment because it did not matter that I had one and they barely confirmed who I was or why I was there. After waiting several minutes, the guy behind the desk finally found someone to assist me. She didn’t know why I was there or what I wanted to look at so I had to pull up the vehicle to show her. Once I was done test driving the vehicle, she did nothing to try and get me to buy the car. Zero money off and nothing extra thrown in because it is a “used car.” Might as well tell someone that over the phone so they don’t waste their time coming in.

Very good experience.. Drove 2 hours to pickup my vehicle sight unseen and everything was basically in order other than 2 hours to finalize the paperwork and receiving only 1 key.

2 stars instead of 5 star because the dealership uses deceptive tactics to get potential customers to contact them. 2 stars instead of just 1 because I did get the dealership to call and text and email me. They got me to talk to them by advertising a car at one reduced price and on the phone stated the reduction was a mistake. Later, in a text message, the price was restated $1,000 higher than the listed price. It’s not cool to advertise one price to gain traction.
