Contacted Tony Mangino Mitsubishi within 5 minutes of truck showing up on car gurus. I was told the truck wasn't ready for sale and couldnt be seen yet i was also told I would get notified about vehicle soon as it was ready, I contacted them twice . 1 day later I get an email saying the truck was sold. Why even list it on the sight if it isn't ready to be viewed. Not a very good experience.

Horrible! Service. Told me the car was available. I drive 3.5 hours To be told it was sold . They tried to pull a fast one on me . They claimed that the had two cars the exact same color. The car I came to see had 43,000 miles . The car they had on the lot had 80,000 mile . Twice the miles ! These guy are stupid I believe some one would fall for they tricks And deception ! Please don’t waste your time with them !

Dealer was not upfront about issues with the vehicle before the test drive. When the test drive happened I found the issues and the dealer acted like they were unaware. When discussing the options the dealer told me it would be my responsibility to fix the issues after purchasing rather than taking ownership for it up front. Very unprofessional experience. Will not be shopping from them in the future.

Got Automated response. Emails and texts are not what they are into, apparently, as several attempts got me nothing. Left phone message, never got a reply. When over there Saturday AM and no one around. They sure don't want any business. Save you time and go to dealership who cares.

It was a horrible experience. I filled my application out on Friday and I didn’t get a response back until Monday evening. The finance department kept stalling and making excuses up. They pulled my credit and never submitted it to a bank lender. They wasted my time and a waste of inquiry. This was the worst experience I ever had with a dealer ship. They kept contacting me but when I finished the application they hardly contacted me and kept coming up with excuses.

Made a deal with me and when it came time to complete the deal they raised the price. When I questioned them, they severed all communications.

This dealership wanted ME to pay for repairs to the Pas. door's ding and to buff out scratches near back bumper. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership.

I received a response to my inquiry almost immediately. The sales staff has been very attentive and eager to help. Perhaps one was a little too eager (which kept me from giving a 5 star rating), but others were eager to help and are still in touch with me. I appreciate the concern shown and that they are listening to my concerns.
