Stellantis, formerly known as Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), has several brands under its umbrella, many of which offer a certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO) program. This includes Chrysler, but in order to become considered for the CPO program, the vehicle must:

• Be from within the last five model years • Have fewer than 75,000 miles • Have a clean title and Carfax vehicle history report • Be free of aftermarket parts or modifications that alter safety or emissions equipment

Warranties

Powertrain Warranty
Chrysler CPO vehicles come with a seven-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, but the time and mileage limits start from the vehicle’s original sale date. The warranty covers repairs and/or replacement of most powertrain components, which can include major transmission and engine problems. Repairs that are covered under warranty will require a deductible, but FCA says to check with a dealer for specifics.

Vehicles that have been damaged in a collision, vandalized, or modified in certain ways may not be eligible for coverage or extension of coverage.

Comprehensive Warranty
FCA offers a 3-month/3,000-mile comprehensive warranty for all Chrysler CPO vehicles. Over 5,000 vehicle components are covered and the warranty starts on the CPO vehicle’s sale date. There is also a deductible for comprehensive warranty repairs.

Coverage Upgrade Plans
FCA offers several options to extend or upgrade warranty coverage for Chrysler CPO vehicles. Warranty packages are available to extend coverage to an unlimited number of miles, and there are upgrades available for the comprehensive warranty. This means that nearly all vehicle components can be covered under warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle.

Perks

Roadside Assistance
Chrysler offers roadside assistance for the duration of the coverage period. Services include:

• Flat-tire change • Gas delivery of up to 2 gallons • Battery-jump assistance • Lockout services • Towing if the vehicle is inoperable

Roadside assistance coverage can be upgraded by purchasing one of the available coverage-extension plans along with the comprehensive and powertrain warranties.

Rental Car Reimbursement
If your Chrysler vehicle breaks down and requires overnight repairs, you may be eligible for a $35 per day rental vehicle reimbursement for up to 5 days or $175 per instance. Reimbursement may also include taxi or transportation charges.

Subscriptions
Every Chrysler CPO vehicle includes a 3-month subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio with the All Access Package.
