Whats causing my car to short? could it be the BCM?

So i have a 2003 Saturn ion 3, quad coupe. Recently i got my windshield wiper
transmission changed but now my windshield wipers only work on high setting and
when i turn on my car they automaticly start on their own but does not return home.
(end up being a "fun" timing game) Recently my brake lights also don't work and the
center brake penal stays on. Along with that my turn singals also flicker rapidly but
does not show up on my taillights but it does show on my headlights.

im afraid that it will be a wiring issue, but hopeing its something simple like a reprogram for the computer... do you think that might fix it?
