Wht does it mean when your car wont give you any power and smells like burning oil when you give it gass?
My car is a stick and every time, no matter what gear I pute it in, it doesnt have anny
power and the engine revs really high and smells like really bad burning oil.
most likely the clutch
It does sound like your clutch is slipping, but it should not smell like burning oil unless the rear main seal is leaking and has got onto the clutch. Are there any oil spots under the car? Best solution is take it to a shop you trust and have it checked out. If it is the clutch make sure they replace the rear main seal and slave cylinder while they are in there. The flywheel should be machined so the new clutch can perform properly. As your car is a GT you might want to ask about a better clutch than an OE unit. Costs a little more, but well worth it performance wise..
YES YOURE CLUTCH IS BURNING==ITS GONE==FIND A GOOD MECHANIC==YOU CAN TRUST==
