i left ignition switch on and no quite a few of the electrical components work and then don't work. what could that be?

I NOTICED THAT ON ALOT OF THE EUROPEAN AUTOS THE ELECTRICAL IS A BIG PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK THE CONECTIONS SOMETIMES WHEN THEY GET TO HOT THEY WILL MELT AND EITHER GET TO TIGHT OR TO LOOSE
