1991 911 with clutch pedel will not engage

the clutch will not disengage,when it does i have plenty of clutch,it is like it is getting hug up,it starts to happen after a while of driving,ie getting hot

Do you have a Hydraulic cylinder for the clutch ? It's probably leaking and changing properties over temperature range. This can be replaced. Call a mechanic and he will give specifics on how to check the clutch pedal hydraulics.
