It seems to check out as an actual 996 Turbo. Let me just say 2 things ... That's extremely low mileage - but some people like to look at their cars in a garage and not drive them. More importantly it's "significantly under market" ..at least $ 20k I think there's more to this than meets the eye. Have a PPI done and buy a Carfax

Cars with low miles is a Red Flag! Machines, cars, especially 911's were designed to be bathed in oil while running. This car has been sitting. Bearing, bushing on and on...dry out! Generally what happens, you will pay for the 30k,40k,50k service all at once. Where if you purchased a car with 50K or 60k miles, former ownership would have covered these costs over due time. You can run a 911 at 100 MPH everyday. That's a design in of the 911. Rotting in storage is not a Porsche design-in for performance, durability and reliability. Seek a car with history.

Buyer Beware. They are meant to be driven. Not invested in or being garage queens.

Several reasons: 1. I buy and sell Porsches all the time, and that car is listed at half of its value. 2. I see scam adverts all the time, and this is one of them. 3. The same car actually sold for twice the asking price of this ad just a few months ago in Delaware. 4. If it seems good to be true, it IS too good to be true. 5. If it was a real car, I would have already bought it. Don't part with any money until the car, keys and title are in your hand.

If you want to cover your butt, take it in and have a leak-down test and a compression test done. Also do an oil pressure test. This oil check is the lifeblood for the turbo. These tests will give you a good idea of the engine condition. Have your guy go over it on the rack. Check condition of the brake fluid and coolant. Then take it out and see how it shifts and handles, while evaluating the turbo performance. These are basic tests every prospective Porsche owner should have done. Good luck.

Same car on sale again early 2019 with 35k miles, total scam. Seller says car is in Denver, but he moved back to Sweden with his family and that's why he needs to sell. Total scam
