my car alarm for my 2001 convertible firebird wont arm at all. I have a 99 firebird 3.8 that is making a high pitched squeal that seems to be coming from the drivers side front wheel. It only happens when i start the car cold and only when the wheel is moving whether braking or not. It only lasts about three minutes or so. My best guess was the wheel bearing needing replacement but im not sure if it is coming from the wheel or if it just sounds that way from the drivers seat. It doesnt happen when idling. Only during wheel movement. Thoughts?? 2 Answers
