So how do I fix problem

inspect the EGR device, they can get crudded with carbon and not open on de-celeration...but stay open during acceleration...which is okay if we are trying to drop the combustion temperature (it's complicated and sucky)...but if it is malfunctioning will impeded correct air/fuel mixture from reaching combustion properly~

You can clean it with brake cleaner and put it back...you do not have to buy a new one~

That's the EVAP canister. The EGR Valve and Solenoid are located on the rear of the intake manifold.
