1995 ford bronco help

Currently having issues with starting. I'm not what you would say
mechanically inclined but I'm trying to learn. Replaced the battery,
battery terminals and starter  solenoid but when I turn the key I can hear
the solenoid engage and make noise but get no turn over or nothing
from starter or anything and all display on dash cut off. 

Where should I go from here.

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery cables/connections all good. Use a digital multimeter across battery posts, the generic spec for a full charge is 12.6 volts, then, have helper turn key to crank, Note the meter reading? Does the reading drop, with key in the crank position, how far does it drop? Or does it drop at all? If starter issue, You can take starter motor off vehicle, lay it on the ground, hook up jumper cables properly from charged battery to starter motor, at the least, it should kick out starter drive gear and spin. Did you check to see if engine is froze up? Turn the crankshaft by hand. You could pull spark plugs and accessory belt, make it easier on the starter motor to crank. I haven't check for security system, where applicable.

I think oily may be onto something when he suggests checking to see if the engine is seized. Pull all the spark plugs and try to turn the engine over by hand and with the starter.

The display on dash cut off is normal when the key is turned to crank. It only displays when the key is turned in the run position to show all idiot lights are working and check engine light is working. If it is a manual transmission the clutch should be depressed first before cranking. automatic should be securely in park. Move the shifter from park to 1st gear and back as well as hold it tight in the park direction when you try to start the truck. Could be a linkage slightly out of adjustment and nutral safety switch problem as well providing the engine is not locked up as stated and battery is fully charged with a good starter. Also when testing the starter before you test with it out of the truck see if the Bendix ( Starter drive gear ) has a bad bearing seat or moves side to side with a screwdriver. It should be a solid seat on shaft to housing with no movement.
