1994 Sunbird Convertible rear power window motor replacement

How do i replace the rear window motors on a 1994 Sunbird Convertible, i took
the side panels off and its all steel no hole to go through, douse it come out the
top somehow ???

I answered my own question, the whole assembly comes out the top as one piece and the mechanism is not spring loaded, there are 3 rivets to drill out on the motor and one by the plug , then it comes right off

how do you remove the center council on a 1990 sunbird Convertible LE. Having a problem getting the hand brake assemble out--Please help
