When replacing ECU in a 1994 Firebird must I reprogram it, or is it as easy as swapping the old for new?

94 will be OBD1 easy swap, you may have to transfer the ROM chip but that should be it.

Okay sounds do able thank you. Getting the new ECU unflashed, does this make a difference?

Reflashing is for OBD 2 systems, make sure they are getting you the right one, numbers must match on ECM's.

Thanks very much!
