My trunk won't open with the key or from the release next to the drivers sit. What should I try to do?

I have tried spraying the lock with WD40, I don't know what else to try.

It may be releasing but it's stuck to the molding ... Try spraying it with a hose and pour some "Joy" in the seams. Don't pull so hard as to damage the molding when it opens. Good luck

WD 40 is not the answer. Next time before you ruin a lock, try some powdered graphite.
