bad missfire

i have a 96 sunfire , just swaped motors few months ago from a malibu but ran fine until now,   the miss went away for a while but when u let it idle for long period of time it startted to miss again i have changed the coils, plug boots, injectors, and new plugs, wondering what it might be all the pluggs are dry when i take them out but still misses so if someone has a soulution it would be a great help

Take a compression test Check for vacuum leaks
