Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Out of now where it just cut out. Several
times,  it didnt die it was accelerating then
nothing then it kicked back in.  i think its
some thing to do with gas or tranny    1.)
How can i tell which it is ? Tranny or gas  or
2.) What do u think it is  ?  Also recently with
in the last 6 months to a year ive replaced
the mass air flow sensor & the crank shaft
sensor  if that helps with finding out whats
going wrong thank u

Cuts out? You say it doesn't die, do you mean the engine is still running? So does the car feel like it is in Neutral gear when it does? Then it's transmission related.
