motor seized up after getting an oil change

I went and got an oil change at Walmart ask them to put 10:3 I went and got an oil change at Walmart asked them to put 10:30 and they put 5:30 in and after that my motor started tapping then I went back and they changed it then my motor seized up

Have you checked the oil level yet? Maybe they did not tighten the drain plug and it drained out on your way home.
