motor seized up after getting an oil change

I went and got an oil change at Walmart ask them to put 10:3 I went and got an oil change at Walmart asked them to put 10:30 and they put 5:30 in and after that my motor started tapping then I went back and they changed it then my motor seized up

Using 5W30 vs 10W30 and changing back won't damage the engine if it was filled at the proper level. You might have some slight tapping like you said, how many miles on the engine/car? You might have had issues before.

Have you checked the oil level yet? Maybe they did not tighten the drain plug and it drained out on your way home.
