97 firebird drivers side window won't go up, unplugged old motor and plugged new one in and still doesn;t workwhy?

Are you getting power to the motor? If not are you getting power to the switch? HTH. ,-Jim


there's no power to the left side, I plug in the new one and get nothing, but the passenger side goes down.

Check the wiring in the doorjamb where the wiring harness leaves the main body of the car and goes into the door. These wires are prone to breaking. HTH. -Jim
