Tensioner Pulley Spacer

I noticed after a spacer was replaced on my tensioner pulley, i began hearing a squeeking noise.  Can this be sprayed to quiet it or is there something else I can do?

Try some WD40, Super Lube or Liquid Wrench with Lithium Grease down in there.
