2021 ford expedition doors show locked, but still open

I have a 2021 ford expedition.   I hit the lock button on the fob and my door
locks all go down and the mirrors fold in, but you are still able to open all the
doors.    I used the key pad as well and it shows locked but still opens.   Any
idea what is going on?

With vehicles loaded with stuff like yours, the problem could be anything that's computer related. The Expedition is under warranty, so let the Ford dealer find the problem. Don't work on it yourself. If you do and you damage something, the dealer could refuse warranty service because of your interference.
