no airflow in defrost -when selected - where is the defrost servo ad how do you repair it?

1996 ford windstar- when I select any postion on the selector all I get is air blowing out of the dashboard there is
no air out of any other position...does any one know how to fix this ...besides the selector switch itself...where is the
servo selector motor... thanks

Many of those systems work on vacuum to move the doors. Look for a vacuum leak.
