My power window won't roll back up and is stuck in down position. You can hear the motor when you roll down, but no sound when you try to roll up. I checked the fuses but those are fine

Give the window motor a sharp whack with a hammer. Sometimes that will unstick the window motor. If this works replace the window motor soon as it will happen again.

Sorry, I left out the important word "motor". I have actually done this on an old Mercury Grand Marquis to get a stuck window motor running. This is not a repair, just something that may help get the window closed. If the gears in the motor are bad thai may not work at all. @ T_S_T...Thanks for posting about my mistake. I may not have noticed it without your post and it is appreciated.

Thanks guys and I'd never hold any one responsible for my own doings! I actually tried fixing the driver door handle when it broke, n ended up busting the clips on door panel after numerous attempts at putting it back on...that's why I weary of trying to even mess with my passenger side panel...

same happened to me. i removed motor and when applied 12 volts it ran, re installed and pulled the switch off the door handle and scraped clean the oxidization from the electrical contacts under the switches and started working a treat. i also greased the motor and mechanisms and used a graphite type lubricant on the track or rail that guides the window up and down so the motors wont have to work too hard
