Usually the transmission. Has the car been sitting a long time that the rear brakes rusted up? Emergency brake on?

Sometimes. On older vehicles if you.never really use your emergency break and then start using it it has a tendency to freeZe.up. and lock on

So basically what should I about the emergency brake
