My odometer light stopped working, how do I fix
the problem, all the fuses are fine

Might be just a burned out bulb. You normally have to replace the whole instrument cluster, but this link has a fix..http://www.answers.com/Q/Is_it_normal_for_the_odometer_light _on_your_Pontiac_Sunfire_to_go_out_at_53K_miles

Where is the bulb located so I can replace it

Did you look/read through the link that I posted above? You will need to remove the instrument cluster to access it.
