PRND does not match gear I'm driving in Automatic transmission

I got my transmission replaced and now
PRND does not match gear I'm driving in
Automatic transmission, shift on column.
I cannot get car in Park every gear is off by
one on the clutch.

who ever put it in needs to make an easy ajustment...trans in neutral shift indicator in neutral .....
