2003 pontiac sunfire will not start intermittently after sitting for the night?

car starts fine later in the afternoon and runs perfect. Has a new fuel pump and fuel regulator. have to turn ignition on and off sometimes to get fuel pump to turn on. When not starting do not hear fuel pump turn on.

switch some relays around to replace the fuel relay, conceder the security key chip matching the passcode box around ignition switch , a disconnect of wires at switch in column can happen sometimes
