There are other reasons a car will not start other than fuel pump and coil. Does the engine turn over? If it does, have you check to make sure there is spark at the coils, is fuel reaching the intake system? Make sure the new fuel pump is getting power. Inspect the inline fuel pressure regulator. Check to see the condition of the air cleaner, engine needs to mix air with fuel to function, filter could be clogged. You could have a bad crankshaft or camshaft position sensor, if so then you should be getting check engine light on.
