how do you fix a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville over full of oil and doesn't want to start

If it is that overfull and has hydro locked, the only way is to remove all of the spark plugs, drain the oil out, put in the exact amount to fill to specs, disable ignition coils and crank the engine over to blow the oil inside the cylinders out, replace spark plugs with new ones, thoroughly clean off the oil that was blown out with a good degreaser, preferably one that doesn't require rinsing off, then attempt to start engine, hopefully there wasn't any damage done to the engine.

The simplest answer is usually the best. Can you try draining some oil out by having the plug pulled and try restarting. Or, have the car towed to your garage mechanic and have them do it. How did this get overfilled?
