I have a 05 G6,&& once I step on the breaks the front driver side would pull to the right making a popping noise.. Once I take my feet off the breaks it pulls to the left making a popping noise!!

Possible cause would be that the calipers are sticking. Check these

check rotors, brakes, & calipers then remove air from the brake lines
