Why would my interior lights come on with the switch off, even when the car is turned off and parked

If this only happens when it's raining I'd suspect a bad wire in one of the doors or doorjambs. If there's a piece of insulation worn off a wire rain water will complete the circuit and make the lights come on. HTH. -Jim
