How can i tell if shift selenoid is bad

How would i know when my shift
selenoid is nearly going really
bad?my tc light now wont turn off
but it drives like in low gear

A tranny shop can run a diagnostic on all the internal solenoids in your transmission, the fee is well worth it as it can take all the guess work out when trying to DiY.
