Questionable thumping.

Asked by Jan 05, 2017 at 05:30 PM about the 2006 Pontiac G6 GT Coupe

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey guys I'm hearing a continua thumping noise that
increases and decreases with how fast or slow I'm going!
Only when the engine is cold though. Once it warms up it
stops. Any ideas? Was thinking tranny but I'm at a lost.
Thanks guys.

Is it from under the car or under the hood or both or where from?

Sounds like a tire that has created a flat spot from standing in cold temps. Check your tire pressure.
