1993 plymouth voyager 3.3 engine, started fine, drove a few feet and it started missing real bad. then it wouldn't start. got it started,missing severely code DTC13. is the map sensor bad

93 plymouth voyager, 3.3 engine, missing very bad, no power, code DTC 13
was thrown- no difference is recognized between the MAP reading and the
stored barometric pressure reading. Does that mean the MAP sensor is bad?
