My friend has a 1996 ford E250 van 5.8 L engine and It only will start after he
sprays starting fluid In it then it run fine until he shuts it off , can anyone help ?
I read something saying check the EVAP , what is that ? Thanks

Is the service engine soon light on. You can try unplugging the mass air flow sensor. It's located between the air filter and the throttle body. If it starts right up then the MAF is bad.
