Replacing Breaks & maintenance

I am replacing some fairy noisy
breaks. . What all do you
recommend and what should I
expect to pay?   Thankx
Oh also nice if I know where in
the East Bay Area.

Price to have a local garage replace the pads and rotors will be in the $300-$400 range per axle.
