How do you replace the horn on a 1998 Plymouth Breeze?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The horn on my 1998 Plymouth Breeze
keeps going off by itself. When I'm driving
the car it  will go off by itself going "beep
beep beep".  When the car is off it will go off
by itself as well going
"beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep", as if someone is
laying their hand on the car nonstop. I
actually have two questions: is that the horn
or the alarm going off? And how do I replace
the horn myself? Thank you!

Most probably a bad contact on the horn button/switch. Remove to fix or replace.
