99 plymouth voyager makes a dinging sound only when braking. like if seat belt is not connected?

your brake fluid is low. change your pads and rotors.

dont just add fluid. its low either because you have a leak or the pads are getting low. change the pads, fill the master to the correct level and youre good. i assume theres no leak because youd definitely know when you have a leak.
