what do you need to do to a 2000 plymouth breeze with a 2.4L Inline 4 cylinder engine to make it be able to rock 20 inch rims?

its a PLYMOUTH BREEZE it doesnt need to rock 20s but ull proably need a conversion

Uh, yea, it would be pretty ridiculous and wasteful to 'rock' 20s on a Breeze... however, I've seen a YouTube video where the guy did it without any mods...it really looked dumb, especially with the poor shape the body of the car was in...
