1996 ford probe blower motor went from working to not working in one minete i have put on new blower motor new speed switch new relay and still no power to switch

Check the fuse panel for a blow fuse.

could be a fuse, fan motor resistor or the main relay. not sure about the probes but most have 2 different relays.
