Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My oil sending unit is leaking and I
don't have the money right now to
replace it. I want to plug it but I don't
know what size or thread count it is
without pulling it. Does anyone know?

IT possible that if you plug the oil sending unit the ECU will think that there is no oil pressure and not start. If you're going through the trouble of plugging the oil pressure sending unit with a bolt, why not just replace it?
