My heater control switch is not working..replaced it and checked fuse..nothing. I tested the wire going to the blower motor and did'nt get a reading.
I had the air on when I pulled out
the the garage but didn't notice
that it wasn't working and all of a
sudden it starting working. Then
one day it quit working all
Test for current at the hornace connected to the switch control. You may need a wiring diagram. If power is there you are good to go. If not check backward to find the problem. Power is only supplied to the blower motor if the switch is in the proper position. Your switch may be bad in need of replacing. Determine the wire which controls the blower motor coming from the switch. Use a jumper to supply power there. The motor should blow at that point. Unless there is another relay somewhere in the system. Hence the need for a wiring diagram.
