Car won't start when it's cold but will if it's warm what are some suggestions

I've already checked fuel pressure it's good

Put spark plugs in it, and plug wires

Btw put good spark plugs in it a name brand is more $ but will worth it

Sounds like the fuel pressure regulator... your boiling fuel. The car won't start cold but it will when it's warm. Also have your throttle body cleaned
