Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The cables are missing one coil and cylinders 2 & 3
are not firing, appears to be because of the cables
not attached to the correct ones, can any one tell

I can't tell what that mess is. Are you looking for the firing order or how to hook up the fuel injectors?

One of the connectors is missing and the cables were attached directly on the ptu, the cables are in different colors so I was wondering if anyone might know the sequence of the cables for the PTU

I don't think anyone could possibly sort out things from your photo. You are going to need a mechanic to straighten out that mess.

Go here and purchase a new PTU harness and replace the one you have. https://www.z1motorsports.com/wiring-connector-assy-repair/nissan/new-300zx- ptu-sub-harness-p-1776.html
