300zx shifter wiggling in gear

So like in my 300zx z32 when ever I go into any gear it
wiggles like it's in neutral how do I solve this.

I just got a kit from Z1 that has bronze bushings to replace the stock nylon. My shifter felt like it was a neutral when it was in gear also found out the old nylon bushings had fallen out and there was nothing there. I replaced them the other night and it's" better than new".
