what do i do if my electric things in my car is not working but i checked my fuses and their all good

hi i have a 1990 Nissan 300zx 2+2 and my front windshield wipers, right side head light
and fog lights are not working also my air and turn signals come on and off some times

i checked the certain fuses that apply to these objects and all fuses are good
