Car won't start, I think I blew a fuse but can't figure out which fuse?

I was working on putting in aftermarket
speakers in my 96 Ford Explorer, and I was
being dumb because I've never put in
speakers and accidentally touched the wires
that carry the power from the battery
together, and now the car won't start. It won't
crank, so I think it's an ignition fuse or
starter fuse, I have no idea where those
fuses are in the fusebox and can't tell if
they're good or not, let me know if you've
had any experience like that or any advice
for me. I really appreciate it, I'm very
inexperienced doing this.
