I HAVE A FORD EXPLORER 1996 AND NEW ALTERNATOR PASS THE TEST AT AUTOZONE NEW BATTERY BUT ..DONT CHARGE ANY BODY HELP ME PLEASE

On the alternator there's a large plug with 3 wires going to it. Replace it. They were notorious for failure. Some units had 2 wires but most had 3. At NAPA our alternators used to come with this plug. They nearly failed. HTH. - Jim
