Hello. I have a 2020 Honda Acoord Hybrid with around 30k miles. At around
25k, after an oil change, it seemed to have lost a lot of torque and I am
hoping somone might know what might cause this. Basically, to get any
pickup out of the car I need to almost floor it and the power meter taps out at
the very top. The car always sounds like it is driving in first gear and can run
rough at highway speeds. At times, if you try to keep a constant speed, it can
drive like someone is ocassionally stepping on the brakes and letting up, in
rapid succession. This comes and goes.  I have also noticed a drop in gas
mileage.

Took it to the dealer today and they just shrugged their shoulders because
there were not any warning codes and so I am hoping to find a cause I can
bring back to them.

This sounds like a programming glitch, did the dealership try a complete reboot using the factory settings? Call the customer service number listed in the owners manual, you may need to get a factory representative involved.
